David Del Francia
Clinician
David Del Francia, MA, AMFT is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals and couples seeking deeper connection, emotional clarity, and more fulfilling relationships. His work focuses on helping clients understand their patterns, improve communication, and build a stronger sense of self in the face of life’s challenges.
David takes a relational, mindfulness-informed approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic perspectives. He supports clients in slowing down, noticing their inner experience, and shifting out of reactive cycles toward more intentional, grounded ways of relating—to themselves and to others.
He works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. With a background in the arts, David brings creativity and openness into the therapeutic space, especially when working with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
David is committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences. He is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and welcomes neurodivergent clients, offering a space that honors each person’s unique way of thinking, feeling, and being. David is supervised by Chalsey Miller LMFT 103869
