Kelsey Wilson
Clinician
Kelsey Wilson is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families with young children. She provides in-person therapy in Carlsbad and telehealth services throughout California. Kelsey supports clients in exploring past experiences, gaining new perspectives, and taking intentional steps toward the future they envision. Her clinical work often includes individuals with a history of trauma, those diagnosed with bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder, and clients who have experienced toxic or harmful relationships. Prior to her clinical career, Kelsey spent ten years living in Spain and the Netherlands, where she worked as a schoolteacher and sustainability researcher. These experiences deeply inform her therapeutic approach, emphasizing the value of community, diverse perspectives, vulnerability, and growth through change. Kelsey practices from a postmodern framework and specializes in narrative, feminist, and collaborative therapies. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time in the ocean surfing, climbing, and creating pottery. Kelsey is supervised by Chalsey Miller, LMFT 103869.
