Merlyn Peña-Solis is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to adults of all ages navigating life’s emotional and relational challenges. She supports those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, and major life transitions, as well as those seeking to strengthen relationships or reconnect with their sense of self. Drawing from a blend of modalities—including Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Theory, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Holistic Grief Counseling—Merlyn tailors her approach to each client’s unique story and goals. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and nurturing. Sessions with her are designed to feel safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental, allowing clients to unpack difficult emotions while cultivating self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. At her core, Merlyn believes that therapy is not about “fixing” people—it’s about helping them reconnect with their strength, reclaim their story, and create a life that feels whole.
