Jessica Youssef
Clinician
Jessica Youssef is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should be a space to come home to yourself, a place where you feel safe enough to nurture your inner child and the parts of you that are ready to grow. Jessica works with individuals, families, teens, and children, helping them slow down and make sense of their stories with gentleness, genuine care, and a touch of humor because healing does not always have to feel heavy. As an Egyptian therapist, Jessica brings a culturally sensitive lens to her work, honoring how identity, upbringing, and lived experience shape the way we move through the world. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Family Systems Theory, exploring how relationships and environments influence both past and present experiences. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic perspectives to meet each client’s individualistic needs. Jessica supports those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, love and loss, trauma, self-doubt, disordered eating, and life transitions, believing that healing begins the moment you choose yourself. Jessica is supervised by Chalsey Miller, LMFT 103869
